Exchange & Returns
All products purchased from www.sundartascollection.com can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags.
- You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by writing to info@sundartascollection.com or calling or Whatsapp at +92-333-3505117.
- In case of faulty or damaged article, you will have to send the defective product back within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt, Sundartas shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at info@sundartascollection.com or calling or Whatsapp at +92-333-3505117.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
- If anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, Sundartas does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
- Return and exchange polices are not applicable on sale items.
